Winner: Ricky Starks

Tony Schiavone is in the ring and welcomes out “Hangman” Adam Page. Page is here to provide a medical update on himself. He says he wishes he could come out here and tell everyone he’s good to go, but he isn’t. Page said he was told if he gets into a fight with Jon Moxley it will keep setting him back one more week, and he doesn’t want that. What he wants is to fight Moxley in a match.
He then asks the medical doctor at ringside and has it confirmed that he can compete next week. Page vows to knock Moxley’s d*ck in the dirt, and with that, out comes Moxley. Moxley says he’s surprised that Page made it, and he’s sick of the candle light vigil fans have been having for him. But fans begin to chant “we can’t hear to,” so he gets another mic.
Moxley says nobody has been put through more crap than himself, and he’s sick of Page playing the victim. Page said he’s been knocked out more times than he can count, and he’s not mad at Moxley for that. He’s upset that he called him out and didn’t let Page get a word in before he made a joke. The pair exchange threats ahead of their match, with Moxley saying next time he’s going to make sure Page doesn’t get back up.

Danielson hits the flying knee before locking in the submission for the victory.
Winner: Bryan Danielson
Danielson hypes up the crowd after the match and says it’s great to be home, but he’s ready for another fight. He then calls out MJF, who comes out. MJF says that just because Danielson looks like a goat, it doesn’t make him one. He then says he is the best in the world and his World Title proves exactly that. MJF says that journalists and marks believe Danielson is the best, while he has been put over by the likes of Disco Inferno and Eric Bischoff – as well as the smartest man of them all…. Jim Cornette.
Danielson says that it’s time to fight. But MJF says he has already spoken to Tony Khan. If Danielson can wrestle from now until February 8 every week, and win, he’ll be the new number one contender. After that, he’ll grant him a match at Revolution on March 5. Danielson declines the offer, saying he’ll wrestle when he wants and still become number one contender.
MJF fires back by saying he runs this company, and if Danielson declines, it’s not happening. Danielson says he’ll agree to MJF’s terms as long as he can pick the stipulation for their title match – which will be an hour-long Ironman match. MJF agrees.
